At CatchyGadgets store , we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 7days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was sent to you

- Accompanied by the original tags and packaging

- Returned within10 days of the delivery date

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged. Final sale items and personalized/customized products are also non-returnable.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account on our website and initiate a return request. Alternatively, you can email our team at info@catchygadgets.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with a prepaid return label that you can use to ship the item back to us. Please package the item securely.

3. Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
